Training for Climbing Course
Two workshops on the fundamentals of physical training for climbing. We'll cover how to effectively train endurance, strength endurance & power during your regular sessions at the climbing wall.
We'll also explore how to adapt your training for the facility whether its bouldering, roped walls or dedicated training areas.
At the end of the course you'll be provided with a Weekly Training Plan which you can use to structure your sessions. You'll also receive ongoing support until you've onsighted that next grade.

To ensure customers have the foundation of fitness & technique to train safely customers must be climbing a minimum of V2 or 6a.
Customers must be able to commit to 2-3 sessions climbing a week in order to train effectively.
Customers must be free of injuries or conditions which may be aggravated by physical activity.
