Updated & Phased Training Plans
So you've attended our Training for Climbing Course, you've followed your Training Plan & your hard work has been rewarded with some onsights of that next elusive grade.
If you want to continue improving its time to update your Training Plan so it reflects your hard-earned fitness.
Or maybe you've got a sport climbing trip coming up & you'd like some Phased Training to boost your performance & bag some sends.
Training Plans come with ongoing support for the duration.
Customers must have attended our Training for Climbing Course.
Customers must commit to at least 2 months of our Weekly Training Plans before Phased Training in order to build up the requisite fitness.
After their trip customers using Phased Training must commit to a 1 week rest period before resuming Weekly Training.
